In my considered opinion, I think imploring on teachers to undertake a licensure exams as a means of ensuring quality education delivery is a great idea and therefore it is imperative that we commend the government for such a brilliant initiative. However, if the government presumes that the passing of a licensure exams alone is what is going to guarantee quality education delivery in Ghana then the government has gotten it all wrong. There are other pressing factors which are equally important which in my modest opinion should be tackled first. Is it a case of building a temple for God as done in the days of old by the biblical Kings or it's just an issue of misplaced priorities? What exactly is God's mind on this issue?
