 Isaac “The Royal Storm” Dogboe defeats Hidenori Otake a Japanese boxer and retains his WBO Bantamweight title.


Isaac Dogboe became Ghana's brightest ever boxing champion after knocking out Jessie Magdaleno in Philadelphia last April to make him the new WBO super bantamweight titleholder. His boxing records are lifting the image of Ghana Boxing Federation higher.


Dogboe known for his boxing prowess last Saturday stepped in the ring with Japanese boxer Hidenori Otake to defend his WBO Bantamweight title


Otake was floored by a series of punches in the first round. Otake tried to redeem himself by launching few jabs and hooks but got knockdown by the champ again.



More punches from the world champion forced the referee on the night to stop then fight leaving Isaac Dogboe to go home with a technical knockout (TKO).



The night grew young but Isaac 'The Royal Storm' Dogbe stood tall.
In an interview with Joshua Clottey, former IBF walter weight champion, he lavished praises on the young boxer.

“FIX THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OR STEP DOWN”– CONCERNED ROAD USERS TO THE UPPER EAST REGIONAL MINISTER The capital town of the Upper East Region, Bolgatanga, roads has been decorated with all kinds of traffic lights but none of them are functioning. This makes users of the road: both drivers and pedestrians feel uncomfortable anytime they are using these major roads in their daily businesses in the town.
