TimeOut With Heroes is an event that seek to foster entrepreneurial initiatives and activities and create a platform for the graduates and graduating students to acquire knowledge about how to sync what they studied at school with their expertise/skills to land them the perfect job. An event aimed at bringing together the academic community, venture capitalists, new age entrepreneurs and all those passionate about entrepreneurship to a common ground.
This year’s TimeOut With Heroes seeks to address issues across all fields including, Media, Aviation, Corporate Business, Agricultural Investment, Events Management et all.
The event is privileged enough to have Mr. Derrick Vormawor, CEO of Platinum Africa (Ghana and Kenya), Mr. John Affiadzi Appiah, President of Chamber for Youth Development,  Emmaline Datey, HR Manager of EIB Network Ghana, Miss Gifty Boatemaa Annan, CEO of Wordsmith Global Consult and  speak on their respective fields base on real time experience.

SOLUTIONS TO THESE IMPENDING ISSUES ARE AS FOLLOWS ; Place bins at vantage points – It has been said that, the last time this was tried, the bins were stolen. Unpatriotic Ghanaians shouldn’t stop us from living well. Police the beaches- Beaches must be policed, cleaned and preserved – Seriously, the idea of fish fattened on poop is not natural or funny. It is not a worthy cultural practice either. It should stop. The sight of adults and children constantly shitting at our coastline is one of the quickest ways of spreading disease and degrading the seabed. Every home must have a toilet facility – In 2019, open defecation should be unacceptable to all Ghanaians. This must be the law. No landlord should be allowed to rent out rooms if they do not have a  toilet facility. “FIX THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OR STEP DOWN”– CONCERNED ROAD USERS TO THE UPPER EAST REGIONAL MINISTER The capital town of the Upper East Region, Bolgatanga, roads has been decorated with all kinds of traffic lights but none of them are functioning. This makes users of the road: both drivers and pedestrians feel uncomfortable anytime they are using these major roads in their daily businesses in the town. They believed that the traffic lights are just on the various road points for beautification and not to help pedestrians to minimize road accidents. According to Mr Razak, a spokesperson for Bolgatanga Youth Movement (BYM), they have been complaining about the poor nature of the traffic lights to the Regional Minister and the Municipal Chief Executive, but they have turned a blind eye on it.
