BBC interviews Kumawood Actress Maame Serwaa



Maame serwaa is now the first Kumawood actress in history to to appear on the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) for an interview.
The beautiful actress was asked some few questions on how she got into the Kumawood industry as well as her challenges and successes.
She disclosed that it was through her mom that she has been able to seal a spot in Ghana’s current number one movie market.
It was through my late mum who took me to a movie set when I was six years old and I was called to play a role for someone who didn’t show up and since then I became a movie star.” – Maame Serwaa revealed.
She also made it public on BBC’s platform that she faced some challenges notably among is her difficulty in combining her education with her acting career.
There were a lot of pressure and difficulties, combining my education with my acting was very stressful but God being so good, I did it,” – she answered.
She actually did well in representing the Kumawood masses on one of the world’s most prestigious media platform.
