ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION Sanitation, though it is a problem the metropolitan assembly is facing, this shouldn’t be an issue if we all come together in ensuring that our surroundings are properly kept. In this piece, I have outlined measures that I believe when taken into consideration would improve and protect the health and well-being of the people of Ghana. Sanitation has become a problem for a very long time. Authorities and concerned citizens of Ghana over the years have failed in achieving its target of maintaining clean and hygienic environment. GHANA-US MILITARY DEAL: THE MOST STUPID THING TO HAPPEN IN GHANA IN RECENT TIMES

When I heard of the Ghana-US Military Deal two days ago, two things cam to mind: the welcome of Guantanamo Bay prisoners by the previous Governments two years ago and the pledge by the current president of Ghana to help the United States fight terrorism. Before I tackle Ghana’s stupidity, I am wondering why citizens of the United States have not held multiple demonstrations against the US Government for deciding to dump their citizens in a sh*thole. Why will the US President agree to have his army train in a sh*thole at all? Is he not aware that conditions here are unfavorable? Maybe, training in unfavorable conditions makes you tougher. Now, back to the issue! The Minister of Defense, Dominic Nitiwul came out to say that this deal that will give the US Army unrestricted access to some facilities in Ghana was started by the NDC Government.
